Your data is stored on secure servers. Generated content files (images and videos) are stored on Cloud storage. We use industry-standard encryption to protect sensitive information such as passwords and social media access tokens. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription expires or your account is closed, we may permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, consistent with our content deletion policy in the Terms of Service.

5. Social Media Integrations

When you connect a social media account, we store access tokens necessary to publish content on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions required. You can disconnect any social media account at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts. Disconnecting will remove the stored access token immediately.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. We collect your device's FCM token solely for this purpose. You can disable notifications at any time from Settings → Preferences. Note that critical account security notifications may still be delivered regardless of your preference settings.

The SocialAI mobile application does not use cookies. We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
