Welcome to SocialAI. By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SocialAI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

SocialAI is an AI-powered social media content creation platform that helps users generate captions, post text, reel scripts, and images for social media platforms. We provide tools to manage, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at thebyteloom@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

SocialAI offers subscription plans with monthly usage quotas. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Quota and Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly quota for posts, images, and reels. Unused credits for yearly or monthly plan subscribers with an active plan carry forward to the next month. You may purchase add-on credits to increase your quota within the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

SocialAI retains all rights to its technology, software, branding, and AI models. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell the SocialAI platform or any part of it. The prompts, inputs, and instructions you provide to generate content remain your own.

8. Generated Content — Ownership, License and Deletion

8.1 Ownership. AI-generated content (posts, captions, reel scripts, and images) produced through your account is jointly owned by you and Byteloom Technologies Ltd. You are free to use it for your personal or business purposes.

8.2 License to SocialAI. By using SocialAI, you grant Byteloom Technologies Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share content generated through your account for business and promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, platform showcases, and product demonstrations. We will not publish content in a way that identifies you personally without your consent.

8.3 Content Deletion. Generated content stored on our servers may be permanently deleted 30 days after your subscription expires or your account is closed. SocialAI does not guarantee permanent storage of any generated content. You are solely responsible for saving and backing up content you wish to keep.

8.4 Right to Remove. We reserve the right to remove any generated content at any time if it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

9. Third-Party Platforms

SocialAI integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, restrictions, or actions taken by these platforms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SocialAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. You use the service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialAI and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SocialAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
